1. The service

Live Moments lets an event organiser (the host) open a shared gallery where guests add photos by scanning a QR code or opening a link. The service is provided online only; there is no physical product.

2. Formation of the contract

The contract is formed when the host creates an event, or confirms a paid upgrade. A Google sign-in is required. You confirm that the details you enter are accurate and that you are at least 16 years old.

3. Pricing and payment

Basic use with a limited number of photos per guest is free. A higher limit is charged once per event, at the price shown before you confirm the order. All prices are in euros. Card payments are processed by Stripe Payments Europe Ltd.; we never see or store your card details.

4. Right of withdrawal

Consumers may withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving a reason, by writing to the contact address. By confirming an order you expressly request that the service begin immediately and accept that the right of withdrawal is lost once the service has been fully performed. For unused upgrades, contact us and we will refund the amount paid.

5. Duration and data deletion

Photos and the related gallery data are deleted automatically and completely 30 days after the event date. We email the host a reminder three days earlier so the album can be downloaded in time. Once deleted, photos cannot be recovered.

6. Content rules

Content that is unlawful or that violates the dignity or rights of others must not be uploaded. The host moderates their own gallery and may remove any photo. We may remove reported or clearly prohibited content without notice and, in serious cases, withdraw access to the service.

7. Rights in the photos

Photos remain the property of the person who took them. By adding a photo to a gallery, a guest allows the host and the other guests of that event to view and download it, and grants us the sole right to store and display it in order to provide the service. We do not use photos for any other purpose and do not pass them to third parties.

8. Availability and liability

We work to keep the service available, but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or permanent storage — downloading the album before the deadline is the host’s responsibility. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for that event, except where the law provides otherwise.

9. Complaints and disputes

Written complaints go to the contact address; we reply within 15 days at the latest. Croatian law applies, and the competent court at the provider’s registered seat has jurisdiction. Consumers may also use the European online dispute resolution platform.

10. Changes to these terms

We may amend these terms; contracts already concluded remain governed by the terms in force when they were concluded. Material changes are published on this page.
